These Website Terms of Use (“Site Terms”) govern your general use of the Snagged Auctions website. By accessing the site you accept these Site Terms. If you participate as a bidder, our Auction Terms & Conditions additionally apply.

You may use the site for the lawful purpose of viewing auction listings, registering, and participating in auctions in accordance with our Terms. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

• scraping, crawling, automated harvesting, or use of the site by bots without our prior written consent;
• reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access non-public APIs;
• impersonating any person, misrepresenting identity, or registering multiple accounts;
• uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or probing security;
• any conduct that interferes with another user's lawful use of the site;
• any conduct prohibited by the Auction Terms (shill bidding, collusion, etc.).

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@snagged.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The site, including its design, code, copy, logos, characters, and other brand assets, is owned by Snagged Domains or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

The site is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site is limited as described in our Auction Terms, Section 21. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site at any time and for any reason consistent with applicable law, including for violation of these Site Terms or the Auction Terms.

These Site Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Auction Terms.

We may update these Site Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
